Smokers: No smoking inside new buildings and all butts to be stripped and put into dumpster!

Subcontractors & Suppliers; There have been some new issues and concerns arising on the projects, I believe that most of these can be corrected and avoided if you provide supervision and frequent site inspections to review your employees workmanship and habits. I expect owners and managers to review each project before submitting final invoice(s).

All Jobsites to be cleaned and materials properly stored at the end of each work day.

       

     Practice Safety on Site. Schedule Safety meetings with your employees.
